Ideal location with nearby cafes, restaurants, minimarket, parking, park. Two cafes in the hotel offering delicious breakfasts and lunch. Clean rooms with renovated bathrooms and beautiful showers. Helpful and competent staff who speak Russian and English.

The hotel was perfectly located, just steps away from the bus station and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The room was clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast, though simple, offered fresh pastries and a variety of options. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where guests could relax and enjoy the view.
There were some noise disturbances from the neighboring kitchen and the ventilation system, which affected the quality of sleep at times.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location couldn't be better - it's just a stone's throw away from the beach and close to the bus station. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with air conditioners to keep you cool in the hot weather. I loved the super duper large balcony, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a long day of exploring. The staff are friendly and really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
All aspects of my stay were absolutely fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the room being modern, well-equipped, and very clean. The hotel facilities were great, and the location was perfect - just a few minutes' walk to the beach and with nice restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, with one employee going above and beyond by offering us a place to rest and store our luggage when we arrived early. the breakfast provided was delicious and the perfect way to start our day.
